Processing purposes
Beliès collects and processes personal data of its customers for customer management purposes (including administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, solvency monitoring, the profiling of visitors to the Pietercil website and (personalized) marketing and advertising communications).
Lawfulness of processing
In compliance with Article 6.1. of the General Data Protection Regulation, all personal data are processed after given consent, when necessary for the execution of an agreement, or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Pietercil.
Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of consent obtained in accordance with Article 6.1., the customer always retains the right to withdraw the consent given.
Storage period
The personal data processed for customer management will be stored for the amount of time necessary to comply with legal requirements (including accountancy requirements).
Right of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and transferability of personal data
The customer has the right to inspect their personal data at all times and to correct them (or have them corrected) if they are incorrect or incomplete. The customer can also have their personal data removed, restrict processing and object to the processing in compliance with Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including in the event of data being processed for profiling purposes.
In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a format that is structured, commonly used and machine-readable) of their personal data and to have their personal data forwarded to another company.
In order to exercise the above rights, the customer is requested to:

Direct Marketing
The customer has the right to oppose any processing of their personal data with the purpose of direct marketing, free of charge.
Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).
